How Do I Place An Order?
Ordering items from countryrocks.com is easy. Add the items you would like to purchase into the shopping cart and once you have selected all of your items, follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.
Your order will not be complete until your credit card is processed and all steps have been completed in the checkout process.

Payment and Shipping
Orders can be shipped within the United States and Internationally (additional shipping fees will apply to international orders).
Country Rocks does not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
Priority Mail Shipping: All non -jewelry items will ship via Priority Mail.
Please allow 2-5 business days. Items ordered together may not always ship together.
Orders placed before 3:00PM EST Monday through Friday will be processed on the following day.
Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.
Complimentary shipping for orders above $30 is only available for domestic orders placed on the Website for United States delivery.

Items are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if returned in saleable condition within 30 days and item has been paid in full,
Items must be accompanied by a sales receipt. Some exclusions may apply.
Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit.
